Fixed a few bugs, bump to 0.6.1

No endless loop anymore in case a bundle doesn't exist.
Removing IDs from devicelist works again.
FP format now the same as in the other clients (fixes #16)
Init logic now also called with already connected accs (fixes #22)

Also updated the README (e.g. in respect to #26).
And replaced magic numbers by constants.
Version number is now included in README, and also exists as tag.

Actually added carbons support.
