From twitter conversation:

  • add an option to enable / disable the pointer menu from settings
  • maybe make an advanced settings menu in general for other power-user capabilities ?
  • make something better than the purple P (it was a placeholder for the most part)

Finally got back to this.
Added a pointer watches toggle in the settings menu and made them disabled by default.
