Added support for platform with raw framebuffer systems ( without X and without Wayland).

the only unresolved issue is the inclusion of the platform specific header file EGL/eglvivante.h in src/native-state-fb.cpp. I'm forced to include this instead of the more generic EGL/egl.h because the file EGL/eglplatform.h included in this repo takes precedence over the platform specific one included with the board SDK which is customized to include eglvivante.h when EGL_API_FB is defined.
