Drosophila follicle ellongation model based on tyssue

The easiest way to install and use this work is through conda

• Download and install Anaconda or Miniconda - make sure to use the python 3 version.

• Install tyssue (this also installs its dependencies):

$ conda install -c conda-forge tyssue

• Download the present repository (through the clone or download button).

• Start a jupyter notebook server (through the command line or the anaconda navigator) and navigate to the notebook directory.

• Start the notebook and play
