GitHub Actions has come a long ways in the past 2 years, and has surpassed Travis-CI as the predominant CI platform. I've rewritten
.travis.ymlin compliant GitHub Actions syntax. The entire CI flow completes in ~3 minutes.I also updated the Build SVG in
README.mdto point to the actions build of themasterbranch -- which is null until this PR merges.See my successful runs here:
