Instead of dropping inferable slots that cross a test boundary, tag and drop later
Tag inferable slots as crossing a test boundary, as well as any evidence that is derived from such crossings. Only later do we drop the evidence.
Also track the test boundary crossing in some summaries, when the later evidence collection doesn't involve the inferable slot summaries.
