On Windows CI TestWebVitalMetricNoInteraction fails to report back the required web vitals. Other OS CIs work as expected.

What?
We're now waiting for expected to be all true before testing the assertion.
Why?
Before we were calling page.Close() which also flushed the web vital metrics, but there wasn't enough time after close and to retrieve all the latest metrics on slower machines.
