Rename on a whim

release v0.10

Still trash but at least it uses argparse which is an Important Change
on the way of becoming a proper tool.

Also, support mysqlclient instead of mysql.connector, and move the
config file to /etc.

This is still trash but it has been doing the job for a few years.
