Adds:

  • postflight endpoint that handles data sent by the santa client
  • CDHash rule support
  • Custom URL support in rules, for cases where orgs may want to link out to a webpage for more info on a given rule
  • Add Signing ID rule count in the preflight payload struct
  • Bump go version to 1.23
  • Left some TODO comments for future additions
