Add a global directive in the configuration file, allowing the user to tune the threshold for file-backed temporary buffers. The minimum value accepet is 1MB, and the current default of 32MB is preserved. To disable the use of temporary buffers, the user can set this directive to OFF. Examples: temp-buffer-threshold: OFF temp-buffer-threshold: 1048576 temp-buffer-threshold: 67108864
