Edit files to grow multiple critters in VSCode.

This extension adds:

• Output Channel showing your current Critter, Level, XP, and previous Critters
• Status Bar Item showing the age of your current Critter, Level, and XP
• A vscritter.show command for quickly showing the Critter
• A vscritter.reset command for resetting your Critter data
