Hi 👋, I'm Harshal Prabhakar Honde

Software Engineer at Leadows Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Full-Stack Developer (MERN) with strong backend focus

I am a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science Engineering from S.B. Jain Institute of Technology, Management and Research. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Leadows Technologies, where I build scalable, production-grade systems using MERN and Java (Spring Boot).

I have worked on large, real-world systems including government electric power plant projects for MAHAGENCO, and delivered solutions for clients in Dubai and Qatar. I thrive in startup environments, take ownership end-to-end, and focus on clean architecture, performance, and maintainability.
