Merge release back into develop
In CoreBluetooth, there is no feedback for write without response, so we just have to send it and hope for the best. In this case we should not create a future since it gets registered with the event loop but it is never awaited. Fixes #586
CoreBluetooth: fix unawaited future for write without response
We need winrt 1.0.20330.1 since it includes fixes for marshalling Windows Guid data type to Python uuid.UUID type. Fixes #589
requirements: bump winrt version to 1.0.20330.1
