Sometimes we want to score the tiles at a very low resolution for efficient processing. This means that NucleiScorer() would not really work well because nuclei are no discernible at low magnification. Having a scorer that just relies on hematoxylin deconvolution and no extra modeling solves this.

Deconvolve the hematoxylin channel and use the fraction of tile occupied by hematoxylin as the cellularity score.
