This was already addressed in the past in #360, but 10px of border thickness is not enough for some use cases

Description
This was already addressed in the past in #360, but 10px of border thickness is not enough for some use cases, so now the thickness of the border is relative to the size of the tile.
I still need to finish to change all the expectations for the failing tests.
