HEVC Encoder is a simple, open-source Windows application that converts videos from various formats to the efficient HEVC (H.265) codec.

• Windows 7 or later (64-Bit only)
• .NET Framework 4.8 or later
• FFMpeg (included in the release)

1. Download the latest release
2. Run the installer

1. Select Source File: Click "Browse" to choose the video file you want to convert
2. Set Output Destination: Choose where to save the converted HEVC file
3. (Optional) Configure Threads: Adjust CPU thread usage for the conversion process
4. Click "Convert": The application will process your video. Wait for "completed" message.
