OBS for Game Clients

The purpose of these modifications to OBS are to provide an easy way for game clients
to utilize OBS's rich streaming featureset while being mostly a background process,
transparent to the user of the game.

	- Command line arguments have been added to start OBS with settings from the game.
	- OBS can be 'attached' to the game client.
If the game client closes for any reason, OBS can shutdown.
	- Option to hide the main window, but retain system tray icon
	  with minimal functionality.

These changes have only been tested on Windows, but may work on other platforms.

New Command Line Arguments
	--rtmpserver serverURL
Specifiy which rtmp server to stream to.
	--rtmpkey key
Specify which rtmp key to use.
	--gameexecutable executablename
Allows an external program to specify the name of the game executable to capture.
	--hidemainwindow
Hides the main OBS UI, minimizes system tray controls.
	--quitongameexit
Quits OBS when connection to the game capture has been lost.
	--unattendedmode
		hides some popup dialogs
	--disablesources Source1+Source2(+Source3+..)
Allows sources defined in a scene to be disabled by command line.
Useful for setting up a scene with webcam, but allowing a game to control
whether to actually show the webcam window.
		Alternatively could use different scenes.
