Test case added for parsing issue in honkit#233 which appears to not be an issue at this
level in the code base.
Swaps out the regex used if a glossary term uses characters outside of
simple word characters and whitespace.

Resolves honkit#233.
Used the text provided on <honkit#312> to
create test cases. The previous commit also fixes this issue.
