- Add .goreleaser.yml for automated release management with wheel/sdist builds
- Add prerelease.yaml workflow for TestPyPI publishing on pre-release tags
- Add release-test.yaml workflow to validate GoReleaser config on PRs
- Update release.yaml to use GoReleaser instead of manual build/publish
- Update AGENTS.md with GoReleaser commands and release process documentation
