Bump jquery's version from 3.6.3 to 3.7.1

This PR (or similar!) appears very appropriate if it can converge by/around (early?) December — alongside thoughtful notes around how exactly it should/would be maintained 🌱 If we can help everyone navigate 512MB RAM IIAB machines — if at all possible — confirmed with deliberate testing if so! |
