Add more seeking options to IINA

Install from IINA

Choose "Install from GitHub" and enter iina/plugin-more-seeking. Alternatively, you can download the iinaplgz file from the latest release.

npm install
npm run build

Use the iina-plugin CLI:

iina-plugin link .
