Fixed bugs

• Scrollbars no longer disappear in pinned mode in newer web browsers.

• Non-error user info messages are now printed to stdout. This makes some versions of jjui happier.

• The (still unsupported) Tauri binaries now use Tauri 2 instead of Tauri 1. Some features were lost in the process, the menu bar in particular.

• diffedit3 now accepts files as arguments, not just dirs. So,
  diffedit3 left_file right_file output_file is now allowed. Mixing
  dirs and files is not allowed.

• When used on a single file, diffedit3 now permanently stays in "pinned" mode
  and the pinning/collapsing controls are disabled. Allowing the user to
  collapse the only editor doesn't make much sense.
