This pull request updates the README.md to improve consistency, fix typos, and ensure badge links are functional.

Additional Notes

Changes made:

  1. Fixed file name consistency (api-docs-url.csv → api-docs-urls.csv).
  2. Updated badge links to point to in-c0/updAPI instead of placeholder yourusername.
  3. Corrected capitalization in "The URLs are auto-generated..." line.
  4. Formatted example URLs in "Verify API Entries" section as inline code.
