Description
Fixes last part of #28 - DIM01.
https://michael.elsdoerfer.name/onkyo/ISCP_AVR_134.xlsx describe that DIM01 is just dimmer level "DIM" - what ever it means eventually - but it does not take parameters. Added that missing command.
Tuning also logging a bit
