Hi, I'm Jakub — an engineer who grew from writing PHP and C++ every day to leading teams, shaping architecture, and driving technical strategy.
I’m still a developer at heart — just one who now builds systems, teams, and long-term direction, not only code.
- Started as a PHP/C++ developer, added Python later on.
- Over the years (since 2005) I’ve worked with so many languages, stacks, tools, and technologies that it’s impossible to list them all — exploring tech has been a constant part of my journey.
- Became a Tech Lead — guiding decisions, mentoring, making engineering flow smoother.
- Evolved into a Software Architect — designing scalable systems and aligning tech with business.
- Now also an Engineering Manager — growing people, culture, and delivery excellence.

Outside of engineering, I’m a musician — I play bass guitar and synthesizers, and I have a deep love for low frequencies.
