I am a developer based in Hamilton, Ontario.

I enjoy building polished desktop applications and exploring new tech stacks. My primary focus is .NET (WinUI 3), but I also love working with Python, TypeScript, and Kotlin.

Currently, I'm building BetterLyrics, an open-source app aimed at delivering the best music experience on Windows.

Under the Hood:

• Custom Rendering Engine: Built directly on Win2D (DirectX) to achieve silky-smooth 60fps animations.
• Performance: Optimized rendering logic, reducing CPU usage by ~30% compared to traditional UI controls.
• Complex Logic: Solved the "overlapping timestamps" challenge to support multi-line harmony/duet lyrics.
• Architecture: Clean MVVM structure for maintainability.
