Add Mysql2::Client#abandon_results!

When using Mysql2::Client::MULTI_STATEMENTS:

This should be called before issuing another query when there are
more results to be read. It will throw away the rest of the results
in order to put the MySQL protocol back in a state where queries can
be issued again.
