Based on discussions in #1, Wint came off as bit too much of crappy character. In order for us to empathise with him more, I'm making a few changes:
Improve his physical characterisation. This is not really a change, just a refinement as some alpha readers like @husebo saw him differently than I did.
Give Wint a little more emotional depth in the beginning. We do this by describing his motivations for his complaints and contrasting to how things had once been, rather than just whining.
Reduce Wint's team size. He came off as a Big Boss which was not intended. We fix this by simply reducing the size of the office and his staff, plus making it extra clear that Merida is not his assistant, an unintentional conclusion some alpha readers had made.
