Pull Request Overview
This PR refactors the Codex workflow to separate commit creation from pushing. Instead of having the Codex agent push commits directly, the workflow now handles the push operation in a dedicated step.
- Modified the Codex agent instructions to prevent it from running
git push - Added a new "Push branch updates" step that validates all changes are committed and pushes the branch
