It appears that simplify is now of by a factor of -1 in some cases. I suspect `Factor.squareFree` but I'm unable to prove it as this point.

Revert Algebra.js Added wrapper for expand
Since expand is a core function, the previous implementation tried to make several optimizations which resulted in difficult to maintain code. The previous optimizations show negligible gains under very specific conditions.
