The experience blended real-world interactions with digital puzzles, including activities like making actual phone calls, following clues through Google Maps, and using a simulated terminal to "hack" into (fake) Twitter accounts. One standout scenario had players attempt to secure a refund for a recent online purchase, navigating an intentionally frustrating maze of customer service chats, misleading ads, and CAPTCHA-style challenges—an homage to the absurdity of modern tech bureaucracy, inspired by Portal. The result was a highly engaging, multi-layered adventure that merged storytelling, technology, and real-life actions in unexpected ways
