  leading to `couldn't parse image name "/projectsveltos/dashboard:v0.54.0": invalid`
* Had to set `global: registry: docker.io` in `kof-mothership/values.yaml` and update places where `docker.io` is not default.
* Also fixed local `kof-operator` deployment via `Makefile`.
