Pull Request Overview
This PR upgrades the OpenTelemetry Operator dependency to fix an issue where the Target Allocator was not reloading when certificates were renewed. The fix was implemented in the upstream OpenTelemetry Operator v0.137.0 and is available in Helm chart version 0.98.0.
Key change:
- Bump OpenTelemetry Operator Helm chart dependency from 0.93.0 to 0.98.0
