This PR helps to resolve a few outstanding issues with the NIMS reader, including...

  • Updating the zen sample rate from 1 to 8 for combined runs
  • Adding conditionals and defaults for missing or unusual metadata regarding elevation and run_id
  • Pivoting to int32 for reading data in case of large datasets (there's susceptibility to overflow errors with int8 and int16)
  • Removing the timeseries trimming subroutine in case of data with time gaps
