Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whenever I'm trying to get an overview of what's happening across a board, I can't see which cards have an additional description or comments (and how many). without clicking on them one-by-one.

Describe the solution you'd like
Cards that have a description should indicate this with an icon, like Trello does.
Cards that have comments should indicate this with an icon and the number of ocmments.
The icons can be next to the checklist progress, for example.
