Fontique isn't a full replacement for font-config but is closer to it than
fontdb, allowing removal of the hard-coded font families.This PR includes fontique's hooks for font synthesis (width/weight/oblique angle variations) but without actually supporting those.
Support for configuring font aliases is dropped.
Uses an unpublished version of
fontique.
