#42300 Added a warning log if the Keycloak connection-pool was misconfigured with respect to the database's wait_timeout. As this issue can lead to severe issues with Keycloak during runtime, in Keycloak 27.0 we should go further and prevent sever startup when this misconfiguration is detected.
