Description

At the moment we could optimize logging by providing:

• ability to disable unused fields when using json logging
• ability to rotate files when file logging (e.g. by size of file, by date)

For the former we'd need a new quarkus version to be available, containing the changes we made there for json logging, so this is a paceholder for now until quarkusio/quarkus#23977 (review) is available in a new quarkus version.
