Greetings.

I was configuring keycloak for a project, in which I need to selectively enable and disable some keycloak features, and token-exchange was one of the features that I enabled.

I did not find anywhere in the documentation that token-exchange needs admin_fine_grained_authz enabled to properly give the clients and identity providers the correct permissions.
