Describe the bug

After refactoring the admin UI, due to adding translations when a new attribute is created, the possibility to create a multivalue attribute was removed.

Expected behavior

The "multivalued" switch is shown to create a multivalue attribute.

Actual behavior

The "Multivalued" switch is not shown.

How to Reproduce?

Upgrade from Keycloak Version 24.0.5 to 25.0.1 and try to create a multivalued attribute in the user profile section of the realm config
