Add default @context value to Verifiable Credential #30958

@Captain-P-Goldfish

Description

@Captain-P-Goldfish

Description

As stated in https://www.w3.org/TR/vc-data-model-2.0/ chapter 4.2 the @context value of a Verfiable Credential must have the value https://www.w3.org/ns/credentials/v2 in first place.
The value should be set by default but not be enforced in any case. If in a future version the VerifiableCredential spec reaches version 3 or something similar we should have the possibility to adjust the value on the fly even before making direct changes to keycloak. This will allow devleopers to provide solutions before the next keycloak release is available with an adjusted default-value.
