@shawkins Yep, I should've mention this issue before as I had to do the same changes when I ran some profiling with the quarkus-run.jar.

I'm ok to proceed with this as running quarkus-run.jar is sometimes helpful and has some advantages over the Keycloak class or the whole distribution.

I've just added a small formatting suggestion.

It'd be nice if we could come up with similar capabilities as Quarkus have with the quarkus:dev mode with the hot reloading. It'd be good at least for the quarkus module in the beginning and then think about the DevEx more. But TBH, I don't know how much effort it would need.
