• Closes [Test framework] Embedded server -> dependency download error when no version is specified #38991
• We need the version for the dependency specified because of how the WorkspaceModule and included maven artifact resolver in the quarkus/junit5/Keycloak.java works
• We are already using the Maven utility class to get the info about these artifacts/JARs, so we can use it here as well
• I was able to reproduce the issue and confirm that it works
