This should almost never be enabled, but it can be helpful for collecting diagnistic information about why resources are missing from the webfeed/workspace. It has been useful in #190.
Steps to enable:
Open IIS Manager and expand the tree in the Connections pane on the left side until you can see the RAWeb application. Click on the RAWeb application.
In the Features View, double click Application Settings.
In the Actions pane, click Add to open the Add Application Setting dialog.
Specify the properties. For Name, use
Workspace.DebugMode. For Value, specifytrue.When you are finished, click OK.
