Legacy version tagged for support in Kohana 3.2.x

When the minion module because official in Kohana 3.3.x,
we moved the repository and stopped working on earlier
versions. This tag is for the users that had the old
repository as a submodule in their 3.2.x project and
simply want to update the URL to point to the officially
supported repository.
