Agree with removing these. If we intend to follow Apache License guidance, then in a separate PR i'd like to add a lint rule enforcing that the Apache license header is on every source file. If we agree, then i'll create an issue to do this. |

What's in this PR?
Removing license files, as these aren't needed for Apache 2.0 licensing. They're also out of date, and not kept updated.
