Adds service option to the destroy task to enable users to destroy only the container and volumes for the specified service.

The below will remove the database container and the associated data, leaving other containers and data intact.

lando destroy --service database

Running lando start or lando rebuild will rebuild the missing container and volumes.

Resolves lando/lando#2607

This looks good to me @AaronFeledy, I might wait until @pirog can give us his two cents when he gets back from vacation, not sure if he has some sort of architectural reason Lando shouldn't allow destroying specific services...
