This is possible since null, blank or 0 time limit is no longer allowed when creating new game mode

Awesome, thanks for this. I feel like after reading this I need to take better advantage of kotlins extension functions (is that even what they are called?). I like the elegance. |

Fixes #347 by preventing to save the new game mode when set time limit is 0.
