Provide a mechanism to allow the documentation to be force rebuilt.
Include "minisearch" which is a straightforward client-side search tool; and a script to generate the search index for minisearch for each version of libgit2.

During documentation generation, create a search page, and add search suggestions to a search box field in each page. Search will be handled on the client side (in browser) by minisearch, using the index we generate.
