PHP extension was missing for the new class
Added class for adding variables in the payment response for Buckaroo.

Dear Joost, Can you tag a new version? After deploying the code i noticed the version tag is still 1.7. Composer will not update the libs.. Thnx! Kind regards, Jack Kwakman |

Added Additional parameter class and added extension to the custom parameter file.
